The individuals and their spouses should be blacklisted and banned from all repeat ALL banking transactions. Companies like DLF, Rcom, jp, aban and other cos who have got loans over 2k crores should be banned from accessing the capital market. It is sure that they wont be able to pay the interest forget the interest which will save the banks from declaring the loans as NPAs
