Some officers in banks are also responsible for all this mess . Banks should also take action on them. NaMo said he would start cleansing from Parliament. Instead he is just sweeping roads ..

More than 50% of BM/AGM/CM.DGM's have become dalal of land mafia, misusing absolute rights given to bank in Sarfaesi act, flouting RBI guidelines & directives being corrupt.
Rajan exactly expresses concern over NPA. The collateral submitted to the banks for the loans did not reflect actual value of loan granted . So the banks no other option but to write off the NPAs. The bank higher ups pending with politicians and they granted loans without any guarantee or lesser guarantee. The recent one is SBI's move to grant several billion rupees to Adani group. The Government and RBI jointly taking a strict norms to regulate the loan sanction like private banks otherwise the cry of Rajan is unheard for.

On one hand bank higher ups connected with politicians are granted loans without any guarantee or lessor guarantee & on the other hand lower down bank officials ( BM,CM,GM,GM level) have become dalals of land mafia misusing absolute power given in 'draconian law’ Sarfaesi act sell single property owned by middle class & lower middle class at 50% of actual cost of property taking bribes/dalali to the tune of 5 to 25 lacs, irrespective of very higher collaterals securities with the bank.
Some times banks are also responsible.Even after initial defaulting bankers advances further loan without having proper securities and bank's control. But the ultimate sufferer is MSME Industrialist for which there is no enough finance for them. Ramesh Shah

RBI Governor, who was trained as an Electrical Engineer, is proving that he is a good banker as well. What is needed that right thinking political leaders, eminent economists and RBI should sit together to free the country from bank fraudstars.
There are some defaulters who are well known, host bolllywood stars, do elaborate poojas in Andhra and pretend to do gayatri japams. Some of them are also rajya sabha members, also belong to the reddy community. Guess who that is! The kingfisher case is recent and pales in comparison to the andhra cases, in fact must have been emboldened !
