This is begining of bad times for building industry. No builder has been honest with either their customers, govt, investors or suppliers. Those offereing substansial discounts are making sales enough to maintain expenses. Now these bad times will continue till prices are brought down to a level where it is affordable for home users not just to buy but to be able to pay high maintainence costs that builders have added to the projects.
