And those who will not-will feel the pain in their backside.This should have happened 67 years back. India would have joined league of advanced nations.
services could have been much better/ user friendly in almost every govt and pvt deptt but very few could managed to do the service with a difference and forced the concerned to remember them... simple and small courtesies do make huge differences...
