you have the names. thats enough.. catch hold them. ask them to show transaction from begining of there account. account statement will show all transactions

How can you say any one having foreign account is black money holder? There are innocent people who pays tax and works in foreign country has accounts abroad.How all account holders can be categorized as black money holders? Do not you have common sense?
SIT should target only those having millions of dollars.Prosecution is not the way to get money back.Call them,ask them to pay up certain portion and convert the balance to white.This is the way advanced countries handle black money cases.

attach these all bank accounts to prime minister relief fund that will help a lot and p m will not curtail help just now he curtailed help to Kashmir package sirji
They were waiting for you guys for the last 3 years to come and freeze their accounts but no one came but even now you can find some dead guys who were hiding the money from their wives.
Government of India (BJP) should show political willingness to unearth the Black Money circulated under their NOSe instead of hunting list of black money account holders abroad with NIL balance; Again at genuine tax payers cost......waste of time and money.

Uneducated Indians trying to be oversmart; The list already contains the balance details which means that the status of the empty account was at the time when list was obtained and not now.
The source from which the list was obtained didnt told you that the account holders are having black money; it just said that these are the people who hold money in HSBC Geneva, private bank. It is upto the investigation to find out whether the account holder keep the black money or white money. This is the reason the Swiss government didnt entertain as the government didnt had any proof. But low IQ Indians just came under some words from a pea shaped brain baba and started dreaming about return of black money.
