Stop this Vadra busines. Now you can talk about bringing black money. Now BJP is in power if they want, hang hi if he did any wrong. But media now discuss about to bring out the name of the people in the list.
If Vadra is a private citizen, why Congress party machinery geared up in all his business dealings ? And why the official Congress party spokesmen and women defend him on TV channels? Why cant the private citizen defend himself atleast once and clear the air ?

Now BJP can hang him if they have the guts. But he is also a private citizen and in the name of freedom of the media why hang around him to instigate him

That's the height of illiteracy... do you know when Mr Ambani started his business, what was his asset ? And now whats the asset of the Ambanis ?
There are lot of people doing busines such as brokers in India.Unfortunately the present government trying to find fault with Mr. Vadara. In the previous UPA governments time many individuals cases had come up like this but the then Finance Minister declared that so called people are individuals and the ROC or IT people those who concerned will look into the matter. Now the present regime want to make political mileage by keeping the issue live for five years since he became Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru's daughter Indira Gandhi' son Rajiv Ggandhi's daughter Priyank Gandhi's husband as explained by the hype media.

So, you mean an ordinary citizen can make black money without paying tax for the profit gained? Do you know the income tax law for capital gain?
Re: Re: MEDIA'S P & L A/C
by MyReview on Nov 04, 2014 12:01 PM
That will be taken care of by concerned department. why others are poking their nose into it..why you are not complaining about others, who evade/avoid taxes ? get hold of everyone and bring them to justice ?? Not possible ... that's what I want to say... you are also acting like a paid agent of a group, who are out there only to tarnish the image of all those who oppose that group
Re: Re: MEDIA'S P & L A/C

Do you thing VADra is the only culprit in this India....BJP did not forget even after getting power, but forgot about distribution of black money.

When the UPA found wrong doing in BSY's case in Karnataka, he went behind bars. And BJP lost Karnataka. Will UPA & Congress reciprocate with Vadra, if he is found guilty? No ... he is a private citizen they will shout. Does that mean private citizens can get away with murder and not be convicted for it?

Guess its another paid agent. Sir, if he is guilty, he should be answerable for the acts. Why paid agents are poking their nose .... let the law enforcing agencies act and do their work... and that's why they are paid for... let them do their job...
Re: because of son in law
by C V Suresh Kumar on Nov 04, 2014 10:39 AM
yes, if he has done something wrong, he must be made answerable for that... let the concerned agencies do that... why all these avoidable comments
I fail to understand what the media’s vested interests on this issue are. Do they really know what their roles and responsibilities are ? So far as Mr Vadra is concerned, he is an ordinary citizen and not a public servant or political leader or someone who is engaged in public service. He is an individual, like others, and is doing his own business. Now someone may question then why all the security, etc. ? It is being given not because he is son in law of Congress President but as an immediate family member of a former Prime Minister of India (who was killed by terrorists and apprehending security threats to the former PM’s immediate family members, security is being provided to him also) Now he is engaged in his own business. Every business man would try to earn profits out of investments made. That is the purpose for which they set up business enterprises (like Ambanis, Tatas, Birlas, etc. etc.) The media and some parties have no complaint when other business houses make profit. Now the claim of some section that he has made profits, etc. out of business may be true because he is there to earn profit from his investments. Now, in case he has done anything illegal, then it is up to the law enforcing agencies to investigate the same and take appropriate action.
Re: Media Role
by Indian Guest on Nov 04, 2014 10:22 AM
In such a scenario, what role has media got? There is no reason for media to interfere/pursue if any action is being initiated by concerned authorities against him or anyone else. Media seems to be after him to interview every now and then and publish it as if he is a political leader. He is not a political leader or public servant but an ordinary citizen, like others, and is doing his own business. If at all he made any profit illegally, it would be enquired into by concerned agencies as per law of land. Media may be after him at the behest of some persons/organizations, who want to malign the office bearers of the party he is related with. Its all dirty politics only and nothing else. Media’s responsibility is not investigating cases and or interfering in it and therefore, they must abstain from such activities. Here, they themselves sought the wrath.

He is not an ordinary person being son in law he influenced the state govt to get the lands at cheapest price. The problem is why govt land is given to him?
Re: Re: Re: Media Role

He might have used influence. That every one does. Who knows even you might have done it once or twice in life. So, if he has done anything illegal, let the law take its own course, as someone else pointed out elsewhere... moreover, he is in business to earn profit only and for that only he invested... that is natural for every individual... why you are not after other business tycoons, who cheat public by selling substandard items/providing poor quality service and earn money....

Hahahaha...private citizen...!! dude how much you are paid to write this Sh..t in all the news website articles about Robert...?? please post the details I am also unemployed and will write so many stories about Robert vadra and his private citizen sad story of how the media is harassing him when he was forcefully given land by the Congress governments in-spite of Vadra ji saying I am a private citizen don't give me land from the pressure of my Mother In Law...!! oh poor Robert ji the media is making your life miserable...!!
Re: Re: Media Role
by C V Suresh Kumar on Nov 04, 2014 10:37 AM
as someone else pointed out, media and some groups with vested interests are making life miserable for him and many others, who are opposed to that group... that's whats happening here I guess
Here also the Modi Government is going slow in taking action. What is NDA afraid of. Are they afraid that some top NDA leaders are also involved in such deals elsewhere
Re: Vadra
by Indian Guest on Nov 04, 2014 10:25 AM
Even if they are involved, no action would be taken against them...see whats happening in Karnataka (BSY), in states like MP, Chhatisgarh, etc., check for yourself
Re: Re: Vadra
by C V Suresh Kumar on Nov 04, 2014 10:32 AM
As someone else pointed out, let the law take its own course. I do not know why media and people are after only one individual... there are many, who indulge in illegal activities, including criminal one as well as work against the interests of the nation...they are spared and people and media has enough time to go after one individual
Some people are born unlucky. If Roberts business is not correct then why cant the Haryana Govt ( BjP) take action as per the law of the land. Why should the press hound him all the time. Things will come out if action is taken and probe is done. The press takes money left and right and then decides. Please tell me, HAS THESE RASCALS IN THE PRESS EVER HOUNDED VIJAY MALLYA EVEN THOUGH HE DID NOT PAY SALARY OF THE STAFF FOR 18 MONTHS ? HE HAS CHEATED BANKS, DODGEDINCOME TAX AND OTHER DEPTS . HAS ONE PRESS REPORTER ASKED HIM HOUNDING QUESTIONS ?. WHY ? THEY ARE DOGS WHO TAKE MONEY AND SELECTIVELY HOUND PEOPLE. IN REPLY TO THIS ALL THE BJP GUYS WILL SPEW VENOM BECAUSE THEY JUST HATE THE FAMILY. JUST WATCH. REDIFF WILL NOT EVEN PUBLISH THIS. LETS SEE.
As contended by CAG if bilateral agreement between the state government and Skylight Hospitality required Vadra's company to retain only Rs 2.15 crore and remit the balance to State Govt, why they are waiting to initiate action to recover the money? Let bringing back the black money wait for some time till we are able to recover the due amount from such shaddy deals
Re: Why waiting to initiate action
by Prathap p on Nov 04, 2014 12:10 PM
CAG should not sensationalize its findings, Arun Jaitley says But this will not apply to Nehru gandhi family...
