A Side Walk is not the place to be sleeping.This wrong notion that poor people have a right to sleep on the foot path has been propagated by movies and media and is an Idiotic argument to begin with.Only the ones who do not value their own life and sleep on the roads and footpaths are to be blamed in case of any untoward incident.The Vehicle drive can not be held responsible for the foolish acts of others.

this a cheap diversion of the fact. the issue is not poor sleeping on sidewalks. but rash and shameless exhibition of arrogance in driving. such people don't care for the value of life of the poor.there should be a law that owners of such cars should use them only by using a professional driver.
