In our economy,steps need to be taken to make starting businesses easy. Almost most of middle class has savings and their own houses. The banks should be able to provide loans against these assets already with middle classes. Middle class would venture into business with creative ideas if they had easy access to capital and were offered flexible man power hiring and firing opportunities. Our labor laws are too rigid and discourage new enterprises. The last thing a business person needs is an additional risk of being stuck with man power he does not need. In western countries man power is hired on hourly basis without having to worry about tax, provident fund, insurance, health care etc.of employees.
