Infosys was swamped with under-qualified people elevated to exalted positions due to the work of several graduates from good institutions including IITs, IISc and others. Many of the previous executives held only baccalaureate degrees, and very few had graduate diplomas. With the advent of doctorate degree holders and well qualified people, where are the top places for the original executives.
