It is not at all surprising that people like Rahul Bajaj praises Modi govt, let him compare his companies balance sheets from 2004 till 2014 that to 1996 to 2004 during NDA rule and also for the period of last 6months

Support Merit

Mr Rahul Bajaj- first check u r human resources department, are they supporting merit, only yes boss people are reporting the market dynamics to u r corporate planners, and in recession Golden handshake - VRS is offered as a measure of cost cutting.
In this process lot of merit is lost from the front line or operational levels.
That is how u r group lost scooter market, as u r dealers - channel partners enjoyed market during supply demand period, and lifted their hands, when little effort is required to sustain - growth in the market. And the gap is filled by Japanese - Italy Piagio etc.

This statement of mine is NOT only applicable to u r group, but much more to u r neighbour Tata Motors, as they write denying rights to employees as Human right Voilations, but neither the earlier Group Chairman\'s office nor the present young Chairman is not doing anything, and under these circumstances, home grown industries will not be able to survive the competition from global players, and hiring global consultancies - like erstwhile Anderson will NOT fetch results .
As Our Managers treat - Ghar ka murgi dal barabar, even now it is not late to wake and stand up to the global auto industry intrusion, they are not coming on merit but on internal sabotage.

With the NDA Govt. extending the excise duty concession till Dec\'2014, will NOT benefit home grown industry, but Global players will be gaining.
Wake up and take a call.

You're living in a world devoid from reality if you believe what politicians are "saying" instead of finding out what they're really "doing".
Congress/BJP regimes didn't catch/prosecute Dawood/Quattrocchi. Both parties colluded and didn't get back $3400 Billion money corrupt Indians have stashed in Swiss/foreign banks.
