Wilful defaulters chosen wilful course to ruin another wilful industry to choose wilful IT defaulter before entrance is banned. Weak Indian government bow and knee down infornt of rich businessmen to ruin the hard earned tax payer money.

is it a news? the company is going to be declared as wilful defaulter by a nationalised bank as they have failed to repay huge huge amount borrowed from the bank. in addition, they failed to pay legitimate salary to their staff for last more than 2 years. shame, shame mallyas
during licence raj in india(which still exists-coal-gate scam ,telecom scam,land scam etc,etc in india you do not require any special qualities,just do setting and start business,then public issue,appoint highly paid servants and make money even if you do not know the spelling of the business you are into.now next generation and their existing owners are realising that now they cannot fool and hence better to be content with what they have(looted money)otherwise that will also go away.
