India has largest base of workers, technocrats in all fields, doctors and engineers. Knowledgewise no lesser to any world standard, biggest issue is growing unwanted population. We need 50 crore people, we have 125 crore, seniors do not want to vacate their seat and retire early rather show lesser confidence with younger generation.
Correction in national policy on population and early retirement of redundant force.

Market forces must decide who should retire and who should stay. There is no general theory in this regard. India has excellent people's power in the work force and they also have competent people. The Indians under the Congress mind-set think that only westerners are competent. However, Narendra Modi is likely to invest significantly on human capital. His government will respect human capital much more than the Congress did.
