I have seen china taking it as very serious, for example previous year shenzhen was polluted this year when i went it had clear sky...
Whether it is over population, AIDS, Cancer, malnutrition, infant mortality, maternal mortality, corruption, pollution et al - India tops. Mera Bharat Mahaan !!
Its the most progressive region in the country and the law and order is much better than the north.
North India, as evident in this study, is totally polluted and now the students from the north wants to dominate in the UPSC exam with their only Hindi attitude which can potentially pollute the entire Indian Administration Services which is already beleaguered.

But they need to learn Tamil first to move to south India, as you South Indian hate hindi!

This is the extent of your spelling. You guys add an "h" after every word like Ishant is Ishanth but forget to add an "h" for Marathi not Marati. South Indians are racist and ugly.

So back to the OP - how is north India going to clean their own cities? Running a spell check will not do it.

Bombay would be the filthiest city in the world if it weren't so close to the ocean. The only reason Mumbai and south cities don't make it to the polluted list and for that matter Calcutta because they have heavy rainfall which clears the air. Have you not noticed how fresh the air is after a rainfall. Delhi and north indian cities are landlocked and are slowly becoming desert because of global warming and pollution. That is the only reason Mumbai is not on the top of the list and south indian cities are not there - proximity to the ocean and heavy rainfall. Maybe this will teach you a little bit about science.

Okay excuses galore. Please excuse our access to the high seas which your north India lacks (and is very envious of).
However so why are Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Nagpur not on the list and Patna etc on the list? Not that much more rain in this case. You can't get more landlocked than Nagpur.
BTW massive north Indian migration is happening to the aforementioned 4 cities too and not just to Mumbai.
