If you dig large amount of coal at one place, there are chances of movement of earth from its own axis .therefore, it may result of collide with other comet.This is the reason for getting late of environment clearance. On the otherhand, Our great grand maharishis has done many pujas .This is reason, we are away from natural calamities like earthquakes ,tsunami’s etc when compared to rest of world .

Yes, Minister must admit that in this last 10 year's of their tenure, the UPA administration did fail in all developmental projects [Small or Big].
But the neopotism of the incumbent govt has hit the last nail right in head of the Congress. The projects delayed just not escalates costs Thousands of people suffer and wait for completion due to a block this people when they see project not moving ahead and top of corruption.
