Govt put DPCO in few months ago. Now they are planning to new things. They thinks that patients get much benefits by DPCO. But in India, how many comapnies follow DPCO. At this time, still generic companies selling same medicines in double price.
IF this way they control everything, they how to pay shop rent, workers wages, other things in littel profit margin. Even everyday not getting much customers who start new business.
Even govt also take vat and add vat on it. SO at last shop owner get only 10% margin.
If govt have to control then 1st control corruption in own , 2nd inflation and $ rate, reduce own office and travel expenses.
