But by 1991, the bureaucratic difficulties of operating in government labs had begun to take their toll on Paulraj. With the Navy’s consent, he took early retirement and returned to Stanford. Means buffons like Indian bureaucrats were responsible for India loosing yet again bright scientist to the west. this is called bureaucratic corruption.

I agree with you Mr. Anand. So is the case with Mr. Satya Nadella, the new CEO of Microsoft. A sad state of affairs for India, but true. The best talent is always flying out of India, what remains is the muk of reservation politics. More so this suits the politicians.

Is there any system of reservation in America, where even some years ago it was illegal for some people to ride in busses with some other groups of people? And even some more years ago some people were slaves. Is there or was there any system of reservation for them? Is there any quota system for women in politics or elsewhere?

When we were fighting among ourselves in the name of religion, caste, language etc., Arab and British came here and divided, ruled and looted for so many years. Now we are not aware and do not know how to make money using science and technology, American and all other developed countries are coming here and making India as their markets and making lots of money. Sadly we have very small number our own industries as compared to developed countries. Unless our politicians and common people are started realizing the importance of industrialization and privatization and also forgetting corruption, we cannot become developed country. Indian's weakness is American and all developed countries strength.
