Their is no good or bad timing, if he feels he can't play under kohli, and is team mates are playing to full potential then its right time to hang the boots.. he is fed up of the dirty politics of Gavaskar, RShastry, S Patil and ofcourse in IPL controversy . He can challenge the other captain now taking responsibility to break his records in winning various tournaments...call it Test, ODI, WCup or T20 or Challenge Trophy... He is proud captain and he will surprise us after WC2015.. watch out.. he may end his career.. too
