Dear Mr Ramanarao, have you ever seen a housing developer selling house to poor one. Is there any guarantee that housing developer who get land almost free or negligible cost will offer housing flats at reasonable rate. how they identify beneficiaries. who will monitor them. What price they charges for 'Affordable house' . All these mushroom companies already made housing beyond reach of ordinary man almost in every cities and throw them to 30-60km away from cities. Rather govt may give fast tract clearance at local bodies/ water/eb and may offer subsidised loan for all citizens.
Indeed it is a great pleasure to know that BJP & NDA government (Print this message) has taken a good and most welcome decision to implement New Land acquisition rules in India due to which lot of construction of houses will be developed so as to solve housing problems to all categories of people in India.
