Hats off to Modiji and his team. It shows just how much we have missed out and to what extent we have been left behind as compared to the rest of the world...and that too despite having such excellent resources. Always remember friends, opposite of 'Pro' is 'Con'....So, the opposite of Progress is......;) ;)

Let them implement first and then congratulate.

Large speeches is not enough to satisfy the people.

An average 3000 tourist will visit every day. How many hovercrafts required ?

Better small ships are good option to transport the tourists.

Inviting FDI in each and every industry is nonsense. Why unnecessarily we feed foreigners investors.

Only on priority sector we need FDI.

If we can develop inland waterways properly together with lovely banks on both the sides, it will be a big attraction for domestic as well as foreign tourists. Also it will bring about a much cheaper cargo transportation over vast stretches in the over crowded states of UP, MP, Bihar, Jharkhand, WB & Assam. here we are talking about investment in thousands and not lakhs of crores as for bullet trains.

Desalination of water from oceans and building of lakes connecting cities should be the ultimate aim of Indian govt!

Yes. That will be really helpful for transporting tourists and materials.
It will also reduce the number of cars on the roads and thereby cut pollution and save fuel.

Nice to hear one more route to Taj from Delhi. Wish the article had covered the nautical miles, speed of travel, time required and approx costs involved.
