new costing of traffic rules.

wonder full. what about over loaded trucks on high ways - some times it is overloaded 1.5 times the weight officially declared by the manufacturer. just grease the palms of cops and you can get away with anything. what about cops themselves flouting the rules - are these rules only applicable to the city public ...... what about the conditions of the roads - and during monsoons it is really pathetic ..

taking into consideration the present scenario - it seems that the traffic department is only interested in filling their own pockets !

the licence issued by the rto authorities is not valid in any of the governments department.

what about driving without a valid licence.driving by school children who go to school on a two wheeler which requires a driving licence to be driven.what about punishing parents who teach their under age wards to drive on public roads, allow them to take vehicles to school.what about parking of vehicles on busy roads blocking the traffic.what about construction of houses using all the ground space available and parking of two, three, four, six wheeler on the roads blocking the smooth passage of other vehicles.over speeding on roads is common.why are timers used at junctions to regulate traffic only ornamental.it should be made compulsory for the concerned department to see that they are working properly. why is it that the public to pay a fine when after getting a driving licence one finds that the roads are not maintained, traffic junctions are having no policeman or in the event of a timer being there it is non functional, over speeding, driving on the wrong side, this can be seen even on highways are some faults which required to be done before imposing heavy penalties on vehicle drivers.
