1885 and its subsequsent amendements u will notice in 2003 pramodji forced atal govt to amend indian telegraph act 1885 for Universal obligatin funds for services in rural area so law makers amend law as per their vested interst to allow private operaters profits which was erlier monopolies of DOT MTNL/BSNL however Govt does not amend the ACT to send JCB POCLAIN operaters in jail for 3 years for damaging Optical fibre cables and copper cables of DOT assets in MTNL / BSNL that clearly means that Govt itself allowed mafia of JCB POCLIAN to damage DOT assets which is paid by our taxes paid very pitiable situation almost every municipality contracters are so ruthless that they damage cables of MTNL/BSNL & escape as INDIA TELEGRAPH ACT is not alive?
