Regarding Mumbai, This survey is totaly wrong, because Mumbay is the 2nd most corrupted place in India after Delhi. Survey agencies should go through all the related view.
There is something wrong in this survey, but off course middle class peoples are in India very honest but the politicians are having very corrupted mind. who is making INDIA in this list.
I think let us not start a disinformation campaign with such poor surveys. In fairness, we should also have a list of cities that were taken up. I do not want to name any specific city, but I think there are far more honest places where I myself have got back my lost belongings and the ONLY time where I was pick pocket in my entire life was in Mumbai. With this I don't conclude that Mumbai is most dishonest, but I feel the survey has been poorly executed.

Had it not been increasing number of Muzlims in City and to some extent UPp's the city would have been No i by way ahead. Muzlims has destroyed the very ethic of the city.
