His life teaches others that one does not have to be arrogant and rude to be great. His behaviour on and off the pitch is impeccable and he is perfect role model for aspiring cricketers.

Brands pay till you are in business. He is not bigger than Roger or Tiger who saw a big drop in endorsement with decline in ranking while playing the game

haha in India he is bigger than tiger and Roger..!! No other sportsperson has njoyed such love frm his loyal fans ever in Indian sporting history !! SAchin's value never goes down with his bad performance . infact it wil only grow with his age .. we all should feel lucky to have watched this little wonder play who belongs to our generation . Dravid was right . newcomers will miss Sachin's presense in the dressing room.

Wait for six months. People will ask who is Sachin. If he would have retired five years back, then definitely people would remember him forever.

People may not forget but people have short memories.he as you rightly said allowed his brand to fade by sticking to game after WC win

Shameless Cricketer-Sachin

See Sachin's comment, quote " I love to play cricket for my country and its my dream" Good, but to what extent ? at the cost of the country, when you are not in form, so it clearly indicates that he prefers Love for Money compared to country.

Atlast, he has been thrown out and despite lost his dignity in the eyes of his fans, he still desires to play 2 more Tests for his own records i.e 200 Test Cricket , Why? I think BCCI should not allow him his preference of playing his last Test in Mumbai. Let him Dream his last wish.

If he would have retired after world Cup , he would have been admired a lot but now most of his fans including me hates him.

Dont bark at Sachin. He is a mountain. Barking of people like you seldom makes any difference. You are criticizing Sachin only for the sake of criticism. Scribbling some senseless words doesn't mean that you are doing a great job. Shame on people like you actually.

Your point of view of the great man is sad and i rightly disagree with you. The legends value want go down infact it will go to the maximum extend untill he is alive........
