pro: the pure nexus experience and local warranty however makes it a bit more enticing. no other phone has 2gb ram as of now, so that alone makes this phone worthwhile for future proofing
con: the same phone costs usd349 in the USA. the premium of 3-4k is okay, but not 7k. especially the galaxy s3 is available for cheaper, or say sony SP, or T or other phones around for same price or lesser.

I have had this phone for close to 6 months now, and it is really great, so would definitely recommend this. I am not too sure about the general prices of phones in India, and whether this is cheap or expensive, but in the U.S. it cost $349 and is available on the google stores web site..
