we need to now transition from blaming mode to solution and action mode. The spark(to start revolution) is not catching fire. We need a lot of sparks all over the country. We need to remember that each village in India votes based on the village head directions. After all the villagers need to survive.
How illegal thing became legal just on change of Law Minister? Also how the great AG Vahanvati, who had earlier objected to the Finance Ministry's proposal of "out of court settlement" has also now supported it as soon as the Law Minister has changed? What will happen to our country with such salable people ruling us?

Government law officer is to dance to the tune of the governmnet. Otherwise how come this government keeps him even after telling that he met CBI under instruction of law minister. Further he is a minority so he cannot be easily sacked.

Kejriwal sees a problem in every solution. If/when he comes to power, he will only keep whining about what every one else in the world is doing wrong..as if he himself is a saint decended from heaven. The problem with India is that every one in the country has a view on how the Government should function. Unfortunately the Govt itself has no clue how it should function.

Because, if you read the last line of the article, if the Minister gives approval, it goes to Cabinet Committee and then PARLIAMENT, which will finally decide. Also, very clearly his son 'has been' a counsel - is not presently the counsel. So where is the conflict of interest. Hence, like I said, Kejriwal always sees a problem in every solution.

What made Vanawati change his opinion? Surely, stakes of money. It is surprising that this lout is still in office, courtesy UPA and more specifically MMS and Sonia. And he claims to be the most honest man India ever had, perhaps more honest than Mahatma Gandhi!

Kejariwal is right. It is the job of CBI to pursue the leads given by him. The case is simple. What made Vanawati, whose credentials are highly questionable, take a diametrically opposite stand now? Any explanation? Surely, Kapil has shared a part he received as bribes from Voda.
