Selling consulting != Selling software
Infosys/Wipro/TCS/HCL should share % of profit with their employees.
Otherwise Govt must nationalize these BODY SHOPPING companies.

Why? Are they being paid less? Especially compared to the very tough like an engineer otherwise has to have? Such suggestions if implemented will simply result in companies shutting shop leaving a considerable number of people un- or under-employed.

U should consider the number of people joining these. I respect these companies and the style of management they use is the one of the ways they can survive on or else it would be another inefficient DRDO kind of unit.

A perceptible decline in political culture is getting reflected in the eroding credibility of the constitutional institutions. Attempts to safeguard politically vested interests have led to politicization of these institutions. The increasing political interference in the functioning of these institutions and presence of pliable officials have led to a situation that people are fast loosing their faith in the Democratic system.
