Air India founded in Bombay in 1932 by none other than JRD Tata, was moved to Delhi after government sponsored takeover by Indian Airlines in 2007. Name of Air India was retained, but all flights shifted to Delhi T3. Will the majority international flights be returned to BOM? Jet Airways and other defunct Kingfisher and other lowcost for whom this move of AI was initiated be enough to economically justify the costs and investments of GVK.

We all fly cattleclass why the fuss see. SIA.. they haveaircracft 100% business. We haveindigo 100% economy!
Today, the health of Mother Earth is at stake. Besides humans, it supports millions of other species. Yet it is finite, its resources are limited. It is not growing. Barely 12% of Earth is suitable for human habitat. And 7 billion of us occupy that. How many more can fit in? Is there room?
All that we consume is produce of earth. It is not just food. It is also air, water & energy. It is also materials that we must extract from innards of earth to build shelters & construct infrastructure that is not an option but a necessity for ‘progress’ – as we understand the term. Our land, air, water, energy, mining resources, infrastructure etc. are under severe stress.
Some century back we had 'Green Jungles'..... now we are/ will be proud inhabitants of 'CONCRETE Jungles'.........................

Very true......Nobody seems bothering about mother earth ....it is sad and surprising that no interest is taken in planting trees and saving nature but everybody is busy in destroying nature... some fools are even talking of animal spirit for so called economic growth..what is the use of growth when there are no trees no oxygen in the air and no clean water? Even more sad is all seems to have forgotten about Bhopal Gas tragedy and nobody is asking why nobody is interested in helping those victims .. strangely the media is also talking about Sanju baba and not about Sadashiv Amarapurkar who was assaulted due to his protest against waste of water during holi....

As Ms.Anuradhakumari has mentioned everything that we can think of and are using/Consuming is given by or extracted from earth. The over extraction of Gas,oil and other resources for our consumption has led to depletion of protective layers of material that were holding the precious potable water in the sub surface of mother earth. As a result the water has gone down and within another few years we will not have any potable water nearby earth surface .None of the Govts. are doing anything worth while for collection, preservation, storage of this one and the only valuable item which can keep us alive for many days along with the other item viz. Air.where we are heading to? unknown.
