While it is good to read the first thing to ask is the per capita power consumption of Bihar which will be about 25% of states like Punjab and Gujrat......it is important to read infomration and publish infomration properly
When Bihar is aiming towards the self sufficiency,States like Andhra are getting worse. No body is working for the development of the state rather than working for safe keeping of the post.

I hope but will not happen. Once migrant people start living in Cities like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi they never leave unless they loose jobs here and have nothing to do. Migration by Ben**lis and Bi**ris are more these days. Bi**ris do work as labourers but Bongs think they are still living in Maharaja'a era.

Dont people cant digest the fact that bihar is improving. people like u need to learn manners first.culture doesnot come with money/development.. biggest example is delhi(rape capital)

This is precisely the way we kept on dismissing china for decades. We kept on calling them snake eaters and look where they are now and where we are. I don't understand what is the joke here if a state is going to be self sufficient in power!!

Siddharth, don't get annoyed, we are a country of cry babies. We can never appreciate anything but we love taking digs and poking others.Wonder where r we headed to with all this negativity in our mind.
