Rupee fall
by Patric Tauro on Jun 17, 2013 06:33 AM

Indians should go around India first before they travel out.If they do this and stop buying old for awhile, the rupee will certainly appreciate. All countries in Europe are now hungry for dollars and it is a shame that the Indians carry dollars and visit these countries.

what u should know about India
by CV harish on Jun 16, 2013 05:33 PM

The sree padmanabhaswamy temple at trivandrum has now a recorded treasure of more than USD 25 trillion(hold your breath, the second of two store rooms containing even more wealth is yet to be opened). This wealth well overshoots the combined GDP of both europe and USA put together. But what avail, the wealth will not reach common man because greedy politicians have politicised the issue and are keeping 24 hours vigil on the wealth. To add fuel to the greed of the politicians the region of travancore is also rich in minerals like plutonium and uranium a core fuel for nuclear power. Once again the natural wealth is in danger because politicians have a plan for the same. Sad situation in India for common man.

It was alleged that, in 1995, JAFFER Sharief as a Union minister had unauthorisedly taken four of his official staff on a trip to London for his treatment causing a loss of 700,000 (US$13,000) to the public exchequer.

Subsequently, CBI registered an First Information Report (FIR) against him in 1998 and later filed a Chargesheet.

In 2005, CBI filed a closure report in the court due to refusal of sanction to prosecute Sharief (which is required before prosecuting a public official).

However, the court decided to proceed with the case.

Sharief's appeal to stay criminal proceedings was dismissed by the Supreme court of India on 10 May.

On 3 July 2012, Special CBI found sufficient prima facie evidence and framed charges.

The court ordered that trial will begin on 21 August 2012

Nothing ahead of that...
