If one person is not interested to any work, then he and his entire family will become poor. There are few parents who send their children for begging in public places and they eat from the collected money. I have seen these kinds of incidents many times. But I don't know whether you have seen or not. Unfortunately India has some amount of these kinds of people. Another possible reason for poverty may be VERY VERY LESS PAYMENT FOR THEIR WORK. SOME TIME THIS TYPE OF UNDERPAYMENT MAY BE BASED ON CASTE. To remove underpayment system, the government should make some useful rules and regulations for fixing salary limit. If government is going to implementing strict rules and regulations for fixing good salary limit, then poor people will be benefited. However, giving free or subsidized items or foods will definitely increase or encourage number of laziest people in the society. PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING PROVERB; Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.
