Another vote bank game played by congress by way of luring poor people who are now 75 crore, more than the population we had in 1950. Poor are main source to siphon money in their name as well as to prejudice them to vote for congress for petty advantage. Why not cut retiral as well as perqs. of govt. servants which affect few lac crore of rupees and provide employment to at least one member in a family to look after poors. It will increase productivity too.
