Even if the advance rulings are blunted by the House and that, too, duly sharpened with retros, projections go awry every time.

The worst hit are the domestic players.

Bolts out of the blue often debilitate them substantially.

In a way all talents are harnessed by the trade and industry just for the sake of Uncle Sam's kitty ?
