With strong corporate influence over Political parties & bureaucrats, chances of mismanagement & lack of transparency are bright. However, clear guidelines & demarkations might help in the matter.

They are just too eager to handle the big money.

Conflict of interest is a moral term often not visible even beyond the horizons of the Apex prudence.

Where the morality is fast fading, the conflict of interest term will naturally get buried.

And buried deep.

Corporate honchos cant afford to miss the big money they would be handling.
