that is why mumbai, kolkata is not in list. just because per sq feet is more that doesnt mean these are cities. a bottle of water in desert can be sold for 1 million $. that doesnt mean desert is most expensive place....

6 years ago our honorable prime minister has declared that we will make mumbai next shangai...after that he disappeared....with recent killings of our soldiers by pakistan and recent gang rape his silence was the most pathetic and deplorable ever done by a prime minister...he should hang his head in shame and run away....by the way it seems he is already lost his mind and is in his own world...
