We raise rail fares by Rs 6600 cr after much hesitation and this will just about suffice to keep the toilets stink-free.
How on earth can "officials" expect to cover freight corridor cost escalations of 100000 cr by such trifling methods ?
Are there any guys doing arithmetic in the Planning Commn?
