I am plain amused to see we still deliver budget copies in paper to all the MPs. How is it humanly possible to go through such donkey-loads of paper documents to find anything in there? Why don't we just give every MP a laptop/tablet (of course, no internet/youtube please) and deliver the documents electronically? Chandrababu Naidu delivered the AP state budget on CD more than 10 years ago (sorry to see him go though).
