The rich are becoming richer and the poorer are becoming poorer. If the poor get accomadation, food education medical help then our politicians can not control them. Just sell them dreams that they will one day get out of problems. How will the govt come with various schemes for the poor
"If implemented with watershed development and other infrastructure schemes, it can eradicate rural poverty." this last line tells that mgnrega by itself cannot alleviate poverty. Instead of that why dont you just write that our politicians are doing their best to alleviate the poor and the middle class too from the ground to the heavens.......naa rahega baans naa bajegi basuri.

Vote Congress or any other party the Poverty will remain forever. Unless we control our Population, the Poverty cann't be reduced. Even America with last 200 years of Freedom are having poverty in some places. so it is better that we live with it. In India it will increase but never decrease.

Same. Congress is also responsible for free population growth bcos they could not bring proper measure to control population especially of Minority and poor section who think they can earn through their children by sending them for labour rather than to school. More the children means more money to them, rather easy money.
