With Mr Mitra statement.Its good to know in a cabinet headed by Indias biggest Goon Mamta some one it atleast talking about growth. In case of WB ...its growt would be infinite, Growth is calculated as (Final Value- Initial Value) divided by Initial Value. In case of WB .. Initial Value is Zero (Absolute) and final say even 0.0000001, growth will be infinite. Big Hands for Mr Mitra
WB , look towards kolkata, one of the most poorest metro and cirt...even small cities have good growth and lots of job opportunities .....if the statement is as per data collected then dont believe on ststistcs

WB is growing compared to wat it was ... growth is always a comparison from the previous year... like bihar,jharkhand hav good growth than other states..
