If anyone looks at budget, biggest issues are subsidies, interest payment and salary and wages of govt. servants. Salary and wages and linked to inflation including pension, today a govt. servant costs to govt. with perqs. and retiral at class III initially Rs.40000 p.m. which is 3-4 times more to private sector, govt. is not keen to take correction for it, for them Aam Aadmi does not exist, subsidy is again a big political issue with tax collection, as such till vote bank politics remain in the country, no productive seen appears to exist, may be temporary measurement. We need drastic reforms politically as well for governance, Who will bell the cat? Even BJP does not have that vision.

Manmohan Singh while making life miserable for common man has lavished salary/perks on corrupt govt. servants which is linked to actual inflation rates while private sector employees are paid pittance by way of pension after lifelong compulsory deduction from salary towards pension fund. Private sector employees should keep this in mind while casting their vote in favour of any political party.

Actually retiral and all perqs. including leave etc., must be uniform in the country, why a govt. servants should avail 30 earned leave, 30 half pay medical leaves, 12 casual leaves besides saturday and sunday holiday plus many other holidays, where in private sector normally 7 holidays plus sundays and total 27 days leaves in a year. This is just an example-on all fronts, govt. servants are looked after like Masters of people not servants of people.

Modi is biggest supporter of so called pvt sector Industrialist who are paying pittance to common man! grow up man.In fact BJP is the part if of and for business people who creates black money in the economy by not paying taxes like salaried class.
