The Govt is extremely short on finance. It has therefore instructed all departments to extract money using any means. WHICH IS WHY THERE IS A SPATE OF CASES. Customs , Excise, Service Tax, Income Tax.. etc etc. Each Govt department is sending show cause notices, demands, summons for taxes, penalty, etc. Each Govt is making raids and seizures. New types of claims are being fabricated under each law even for businesses which are running legally. In cases where the claims are evidently baseless the Govt departments quietly tell the assessee to come under some compromise settlement so that there is at least some collection. Companies accept this because they cannot afford long drawn litigation - as it is sales are down for all. There is simply no money in the market.

This is equivalent to Ziziya Kar of Aurngazab, who use to extract money from the public at his wish and will.
Congress is no less than Aurangzeb"s era with its more than 50 years ruling of this great country.
Congress has lost its sensibility just to remain in power at any cost. People of this country deserve all such heinous crime whatever is happening in this country as they elect (thru rubbish regional parties).
Let us accustom to the situation we are in without empty complaints as nothing is going happen of your calls, agitations,media outbursts etc.
