Standstill infra
by Bodh Ramdeo on Aug 25, 2013 12:36 AM

"After all, you can fool some people some of the time".
Actually, it's even worse...seems you CAN fool most of the people ALL the time, in this fetid land, evidenced by the fact the idiot-masses keep voting this useless, inept, incompetent Cabal of Corruption to power.
UPA-1 was a total disaster& UPA-2 is poised to be even worse, what with the economy in the toilet and a fast-depraciating currency...Re trading at 65 to the dollar, and getting progressively worse, due to their dithering and policy flip-flops which scares-away not just swadshi businesses but firang investors as well.
Seven decades of failed, destructive Stalinist policies is enough...it's time for a change, a new bunch...anything is better than this do-nothing Cabal of Corruption...the very lives of over one billion desperate folks are at stake.

Most of the project photos are from Mumbai. In Mumbai you can't do infra projects as there are many vested interest hurdles. Every one wants to fill his pocket and create hurdles. How many depts. Can the Govt show one project completed in time. Why. we have no will power and don't support projects.

India's development came to a standstill the day the British left the country. What we have left today to show the world are the remnants of what the British raj left behind. How i wish they have RULED India for another 50 yrs. We would not have ended up being a nation with no self respect, and self worth.

Hold on Infrastructure Projects
by Sampurnanand Inamdar on Aug 22, 2013 04:22 PM  | Hide replies

all are responsible for the hault in Infrastructure projects, Babu's in Govt offices are playing games, misguiding Politicians, & putting up inspector Raj, I urge MMS once for all take firm steps against all Govt. Officials who are becoming big stone in the progress of this country, simple way to put them in jail is to raid their residencial complexes & find out how much wealth they have created, by this way atleast babu's will work for good..but MMS has to act!!!!

No import except Oil and technology
only export is allowed or internal consumption must be allowed localization content required in manufacturing segment and more over some radical control need to have like the measures us government taken to tighten their economical situation. it means economical discipline is required.

Photos of infrastructure built over the last few years. And, yet the writer tries to deride the situation. The situation is not good, but for this along with the
"Jholawalas" the "saffron jholawalas" also need to take the blame.

Like, the writer talked about POSCO in Odisha.
There in the last assembly election BJP virtually decimated Congress and the constitution in which the POSCO site comes is a BJD strong hold. Now, if they can not convince one or two villages for the project for last 8 years, then should stop calling themselves public representative. They are not fit to govern.

Why blame Congress for that?

There is this Jaitpur and kudankulam nuclear power plant; who stopped work in Jaitapur and who tried to sabotage the kudankulam to go operational.

In Jaitapur BJP, Sivsena and the CPM "Jholawalas" have joined hand to stop 10000 MW power-plant.
In kudankulam Kejerewal and former Army Chief are protesting; why?

Why Sethu Samudram project which can neutralize the Chinese presence in Srilanka is opposed by BJP, why?

Just few days back the Gujarat SIR project was slashed to 1/5 of its original sixe due to the farmers protest; can BJP bulldoze people?

Nor BJP nor Congress is responsible for growth of nation. The people like we are responsible for building the nation.(see Japan where it stand after 1942 and world war) and where we stand after 1947 independence then compare your self east vs east

Please do not think always about elections but think always about projects to export more and reduce imports. Elections involve multi million people and multi million Dollars
