Do the idiots at rediff know any rules of journalism...or even writing??? It's all mixed-up...they state "...actual increase from $6,642 million in 2011-12 to $7200 million in 2012-13", then goes on to "...$35 billion to about $22 billion." (oranges to apple) The correct way should have read "...$6.64 billion to $7.2 billion..." This allows easy comparison of the inbound and outbound invstments (apples to apples).
