All telecos have earned hefty before this situation. Remember the situation just before 2/3 years. So, if ultra low cost towers happen, it would bring down the price of telecom service, thus margin of telecos. In that event RCom will recive a blow. But, yes the quality aspect is a matter of concern. Low cost should not lead to low quality in all parameters.
