These greedy,extortionist, partners of banks, politicians and media housing companies sud be punished so that people in power donot become land businessman and arbitrarily increase the prices of properties in collusion with these builders.
I could see only offers of Chevrolet Spark and 10gm gold coin as goodies for flats that's going to cost Rs 2 Cr upwards. Holy Cow, give 30 thousand and rip the buyer by 1 Cr!

this is all happeening due to BLACK MONEY 8/10 times in a span of 8 /9 years the rates of PROPRTIES have risen all CONGRESS BLACK MONEY is gone in PROPERTY and mainly of SP the MARATHA
