Giving cash is good initiative but sounds difficult to implement.More you will highlight individual cases more it will get speed.Every one should support it with enthusiasm.

NOW this cash in your account will be TREATED as INCOME or NOT this should be made CLEAR as the public have very little income idsposable after TAx this is more so in case of LPg now do not write bullshit on my comment as the link will have to be with so many depsrtment which is impossible in INDIA and this will create so many problems that IT WILL BE BIGGER MESS
