Reforms

Nothing wrong with reforms, but people aspirations should not be ignored. UPA is to understand that left parties, muslims as wll as poors do not favour US due to ill feelings created by govt. itself due to leaning towards left wing of governance, ultimately people have tasted the fruits of liberalisation, still on social justice front a lot of actions are to be initiated, which govt. has failed, as they have looked after only govt. servants by way of hefty pay packets to them with Maharaja like perqs. and reitral. These benefits are to be provided to every citizen so that people understand it better.
