Is this article government sponsored?

While the article shares service industry related information accurately, Mahesh's statement "Indian organisations have their governments to thank, who have refused to give into western influences on treating employees as a disposable commodity" gives it a sour touch. If the government were so conscientious about the Indian Services industry, it would move heaven and earth to ensure quality service. That applies to its own departments. We know that this is far from reality. What the government is attempting to do is bring in FDI in service industry's without having stringent procedures in place to assess organizations that will partake of it. It spells disaster. I wish the government were really serious about its industry and not pay lip service to improvement.

What makes any firm or company successful is a good product or service, being honest with customers, great customer service and reasonable pricing!

The so called bold initiative is an old trick to befool people. People want results in terms of graceful living, decent jobs, controlled prices, security and safety. What the govt is lost is in searching answers to baseless allegations levelled every other day. Unless they produce results in real outcomes they will keep on irritating the public by their false claims.
