The Chartered Accountants are the biggest source of corruption in this country. The color of CAs was tainted and painted black with their blind certificates in Satyam computers case.Now this is yet another. At least in the earlier case CA institute had flexed its muscle. Now in this case they will not even call for an explanation from the concerned CA because they know ALL CAs especially in Delhi are doing this job only.

If Vadra is a private individual and can have jolly well have private dealings with a public limited company, so be it. But DLF being a listed company, is answerable to SEBI, Stock Exchanges and to shareholders. Have they questioned DLF directors on these dealings? If as alleged and tomtommed over some news channels that Vadra-DLF dealings have nothing to do with Congress Party, why have scores of leading Congressmen Congiwomen jumped to defend and protect Vadra even before Vadra or DLF opened their mouths? Could they have not just said that the Party has nothing to do with these transactions? Why did Khurshid even go to the extent of offering to "die" for Soniaji but does not offer to bring black money stashed abroad by corrupt people? The matter is obvious.
Year 2004 the year of change that gave power to UPA..and the year of start of an era which has overseen crony capitalism and a phenomenal rise in the prices of housing..those already having it...r happy because it has caused to increase the value of their property enormously those who neither have any property nor do they have capacity to pay the hefty EMIs curse their luck ...but no one perhaps bothered to look into the darker side of the nexus that was going on between the buliders lobby, the banks , politicians and above all the media which makes people beleive that if u miss the bus now you will never get a property in your name... and thus the unreasonable price hike by the builders...but the revelations by Kejriwal has brought into ligt the uglier face of the governance...where those in government are making misuse of power and triggering a loot to fill their coffers in the name of business..great democracy..its now my humble request to all those who could not buy any property till date, to either forget this dream or do whatever to buy one property beacuse these people who have got vested interest will never allow the property prices to fall unless there is a change at the centre and the properties held by such unscrupulous people are seized and the same are sold in the market at a throw away prices bringing about a much awaited correction.

IF VADRA SOLD THE PLOT TO DLF FOR 65 CRORE , HOW MUCH DID HE BUY THE PLOT ?
DLF condition was that wadra uses the money to. ONLY BUY DLF PROPERTIES ... SO ALL THE MONEY CAME BACK TO DLF
Money round tripped to DLF. Vadra in turn got the share in the property.Round tripping of money was only to cover the fact that he was not being gifted the property free.
