Learned Elite imposed Hinglish democracy on poor Indias.. Re: @Dev by rama anne on Nov 28, 2012 09:43 AM we have ISRO space assets ,spatial web portals like BHUVAN we have new HUMAN settlements Institute set up near Bangalore Space Application centre at Ahmedabad so all the three -- space assets Human settlements course plus IIT and IIMs to colloborate and come up with human settlements planning then all staff at Panchayat level plus Muncipal level be adequately trained in those courses after induction Govt should provide incentives to attract the best and brightest to our Mucipal and Panchayats as well    Forward   |   Report abuse
