who cares about global thinkers! we need indian thinkers and tinkers to clean and Beautify India. otherwise india becomes Slum nation! ( Dont laugh! if Indians can f* up a city like Bengaluru, then indians can f* up anything. infact indians can f* up a diamond and gold mine )

so we need INDIAN ICT industry like WIPRO or HCL along with Govt ministry to convert ISRO space assets plus Software and in conjunction with Human settlements institute to impart Training to all staff at Panchayat level ,Muncipal Corporation level
That will sure make the Civic amenities a lot better as well
